General Guidelines

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked and the time of cancellation.

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, debit/credit card, or wallet).

Refunds are subject to deduction of any non-refundable charges (such as airline/hotel fees, third-party vendor costs, or payment gateway fees).
Refund Eligibility
1. Travel & Holiday Experiences

30 days or more before departure: Full refund (excluding non-refundable vendor charges).

15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
2. Wellness, Workations & Lifestyle Programs

7 days or more before the start date: Full refund.

Less than 7 days before the start date: 50% refund.

After program/service commencement: Non-refundable.
3. Digital Services & Consultations

48 hours or more before scheduled session: Full refund or free rescheduling.

Within 48 hours of session: Non-refundable (rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.

Delays, if any, may be due to banking procedures or third-party service providers.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

“No-show” or failure to attend a booked service, trip, or session.

Services partially availed or already delivered.

Cancellations arising from external factors beyond WINGLYF’s control (e.g., natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics). In such cases, we may provide rescheduling options or service credit vouchers instead.
