At WINGLYF, we ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all service confirmations, documents, and materials related to our lifestyle, travel, and wellness offerings. This Shipping Policy explains how and when you can expect to receive your bookings, confirmations, or products (if applicable).

 

Service Fulfillment

Since WINGLYF offers experience-based services, most of our confirmations are delivered digitally.

  • Travel & Holiday Bookings – Confirmation vouchers, itineraries, and tickets will be sent via email/WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of booking.

  • Wellness, Workations & Lifestyle Programs – Joining instructions, schedules, or access details will be shared digitally within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Digital Services & Consultations – Meeting links, access credentials, or login details will be shared at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.

 

Physical Deliveries (if applicable)

In some cases, we may ship physical materials such as:

  • Welcome kits, event passes, merchandise, or promotional products.

  • These will be dispatched through trusted courier/logistics partners.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days within India. (International shipping is not available at present.)

 

Shipping Charges

  • Digital services and confirmations: Free of cost (sent via email/WhatsApp).

  • Physical deliveries: Shipping charges (if any) will be communicated at checkout or before dispatch.

 

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities, or government restrictions).

  • WINGLYF will keep you informed in case of any such delays.

 

Order Tracking

  • For digital bookings, you will receive confirmation details via email/WhatsApp.

  • For physical deliveries, a tracking ID will be provided once your order has been shipped.
